Pinotage and Merlot offer roundness and red fruit. Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon provide spice, structure and balance. A youthful red with vibrant purple hues and a deep plum core. Aromas of ripe raspberry, blackcurrant and a touch of cinnamon spice lead into bright flavours of cranberry and subtle vanilla on the palate. Firm yet juicy tannins provide structure, while the finish is long, smooth and velvety.

This modern and elegant Stellenbosch Sangiovese presents a perfumed nose and captivating mouthfeel. The initial vibrant red cherry nose is enhanced by spicy clove and tobacco notes reminiscent of thinly cut Prosciutto. Complex but delicate granitic, tomato leaf and cinnamon notes intertwine on the palate with savoury spices to enhance the sweet and sour profile of Sangiovese. A silky, well-balanced wine to treasure and enjoy. Try with pork belly and Fiorentina steak.

A fresh, greener take on this part barrel-fermented Idiom Semillon. Ethereal perfume of lemon and lime zest and saline notes combine with aromas of yellow custard, vanilla and white spices on the nose. Hints of green apple, pear, white peach, stone fruit and biscuit on the palate evolve into Semillon’s typical waxy textured mouthfeel. A wine that will develop more structure from cellaring. A definite food companion. Enjoy with scallops, white meats, or dishes with cream sauces. Enjoy chilled.

Rich and intriguing aromas and flavours with exploding layers of red fruits with notes of ripe plums, red velvet cake and tobacco. Soft tannins, balance and complexity are hallmarks of this uniquely South African. Fantastic with signature steakhouse cuts or Malay curries.

A small production, occasional, limited release of Malbec. A rich, medium-bodied wine with purple plum and sweet vanilla aromas. Evolving flavours of cedar and vibrant red berries are supported by velvety tannins and a long, lingering finish. A bright, fruity and fresh Malbec. Decanting recommended. Try with steak or lamb topped with pepper, sage, chimichurri or creamy mushroom sauce.
