Silky and spicy. This elegant, medium-bodied expression of Stellenbosch Zinfandel, also known as Primitivo, exhibits a superb power-to-weight ratio. Aromas of raspberry and bay leaf dominate the nose. An effortless entry leads to an explosive revolving tray of sage, tobacco leaf and cranberry flavours combining gracefully on the palate. An opulent, barrel-fermented Viognier with a typical light straw colour. Initial top notes of yellow citrus fruits develop into a complex melange of tinned peach, shortbread and chamomile on the nose. This medium to full-bodied wine has an elegant, buttery mid palate followed by a lingering sensation of nougat and orange blossoms. Serve chilled and enjoy the evolution of flavours in the glass. A rich and noble red. This expression of Nebbiolo, from low-yielding Stellenbosch vineyards, has a dark garnet colour, with a ripe bouquet of red fruits and roses. Orange peel and plum flavours intermingle on the palate with hints of tar and bayleaf. The silky structured tannins indicate a wine that will reward cellaring.
Pair with ribeye steak, roast turkey, sausage and duck or with the umami flavours of sushi and soy sauce for a wow experience.

A small production, occasional, limited release of malbec. A rich, medium-bodied wine with purple plum and blackcurrant aromas. Evolving flavours of tobacco and juicy brambleberries are supported by velvety tannins and a long lingering finish. A bright, fruity and fresh malbec. Decanting recommended. Try with steak, pork or lamb – topped with a pepper, sage, chimichurri or creamy mushroom sauce.
