A limited 500 litre first release of Malbec. A dark, medium-bodied wine with ripe red fruits and lavender aromas. Lingering cranberry and Ribena flavours are supported by chalky tannins that evolve into a long lingering finish. Fruity and fresh. Decanting recommended.

Grapes were crushed into bin liners for fermentation, after which it was pressed in a small basket press straight into 225L French oak barrels and then matured for 24 months. The wine was bottled by hand without filtration and may contain sediment.
