A three-barrel limited release of multi-cloned Cabernet Sauvignon from our best vineyard sites. A dark, full-bodied wine with mulberry and tobacco aromas. Opulent and rich cassis character is already evident. A wine with juicy tannins and a long, lingering finish that will develop over time. An intense expression of single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon. Decanting recommended.

| Vinification Details | The grapes were cold soaked prior to fermentation for 3 days. Fermented at optimal temperature of between 24-28°C, pressed by small 50kg basket press and finished malo-lactic in 225L French oak barrels. Barrel matured for 20 months in 80% new French 225L oak barrels. |
