A three-barrel limited release of Syrah. Dark and rich in colour with white pepper and violets on the nose. Intense red liquorice and spices are enhanced by aromas of vanilla. An opulent velvety wine with a long, lingering finish. An intense expression of a single varietal Syrah. Decanting recommend.

| Vinification Details | Grapes were cold-soaked for 3-4 days prior to being crushed and fermented at optimal temperatures, after which it was pressed and Malo-Latic fermentation was done in tank on French oak staves. The wine was then racked to 225L French oak barrels for a 24 months maturation process, before being lightly fined and filtered before bottling. |
