An elegant, medium-bodied Iberian-inspired blend. Dark and broody on the nose with blackberry, rosemary and hints of violets and black peppercorns. Red cherry and an iron-rich minerality (derived from clay and granite-rich soils) dominate the palate. It is a wine with rolling red and black notes and a long, lingering finish.
