DELIVERY POLICY
The online wine sales from this store are only for delivery within South Africa.
- Orders will be processed and delivered by Idiom Wines.
- Estimated delivery time for Cape Town orders to be delivered within 1 – 2 working days.
- Areas outside of Cape Town and surrounding areas will have orders fulfilled by a third party contractor.
- Estimated delivery time for these orders will range between 3 – 6 working days.
- We endeavour to process your order and ship as soon as possible.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- All shipping fees are indicated in South African Rands and are inclusive of VAT.
- Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of R99 for all orders. We retain the right to adjust these terms at any time. Any changes will be relayed to the purchaser on the payment page.
- If an item you have ordered is no longer available, we will contact you for a choice of replacement items or a refund request.
- Shipping and delivery estimates are based on the availability of the products you ordered and the receipt of your payment.
- If no one is available at your requested delivery address when we deliver the products you ordered, our courier will retain the products and we will tell you about the attempted delivery.
RETURN POLICY
At Idiom Wines, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our collection of premium wines. If, however, you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your wine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Incorrect Items Received:
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. We will promptly send you the correct product or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Unsatisfactory Quality:
If you’re unhappy with the quality of the wine you’ve received, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request details about your concerns and may offer a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
Change of Mind:
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for a change of mind or taste preferences. We encourage customers to explore our detailed product descriptions and reach out to our team with any inquiries before making a purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
